Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Client Services team in Irving, TX. This pivotal role will ensure seamless communication and information flow within the department and across the wider organization, playing a key part in maintaining alignment with our brand values and strategic goals.

Missions

• Develop and implement communication strategies for various initiatives and updates.
• Manage multi-channel communications (email, intranet, messaging platforms, etc.) ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Create engaging content tailored for specific audiences (announcements, newsletters, training materials, etc.)
• Collaborate across departments to gather information and ensure consistent communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Client Services.
• Maintain the Louis Vuitton brand voice and style guidelines in all communications.
• Develop communication strategies supporting organizational changes and new initiatives.
• Stay current with industry best practices in internal communications and client services communication.

Profil

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within customer service or luxury retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant communication tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for Louis Vuitton and a deep understanding of luxury retail. Interest in product knowledge and operational efficiency is a plus.
• Fluent English. French or Spanish is an asset.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude; team player.
