YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO TENNET

We are looking for someone who supports us in various areas:

• Develop and strengthen the risk and internal control function to support the organization’s compliance with governance and regulatory requirements and obligations.
• Further developing and managing the internal control framework (policies, processes and procedures)
• Regular comprehensive risk and process analysis to ensure accurate design of controls and definition of mitigating actions in all critical areas
• Periodic review procedures to validate the design and operating effectiveness of controls and recommend mitigation and remediation actions where necessary
• Implementing improvements to internal control processes and systems to increase efficiency, data quality and employee engagement, as well as reduce complexity and eliminate manual work
• Regularly monitor the status of control implementation and report to key stakeholders
• Organize and deliver control training, workshops and consultancy
• Liaise with external auditors and other regulators to facilitate requests, follow up and monitor findings
• Support internal control awareness within the organization
