Overit is seeking a dynamic and creative Internal Marketing Strategist to lead our internal marketing initiatives and help shape how our agency presents itself to the world. You’ll be the driving force behind our internal marketing strategy, ensuring our brand story is consistently and compellingly communicated across all channels. This role is pivotal in fostering a strong company culture, promoting employee engagement, and supporting overall business growth.
As an Internal Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal marketing campaigns, managing internal social media efforts, and collaborating with various departments to create captivating content that resonates with our employees and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days minimum in-office, at Overit in Albany, NY

• Lead, develop, and implement Overit’s internal marketing strategy
• Manage end-to-end execution of internal marketing efforts
• Collaborate with other departments to create compelling and engaging content
• Lead the agency’s internal social media efforts
• Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including pitching our experts to speak at conferences and events.
• Planning and implementation of conference logistics and promotion
• Attend trade shows and events
• Lead Overit’s internal awards program (nicknamed The Stu!”)
