JOB DESCRIPTION

Providing comprehensive medical care to adult patients in both physical and telemedicine settings in all internal medicine needs. Plays a critical role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, managing complex medical cases, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, practices population health management and value-based care, focusing on improving patient outcomes through efficient and effective healthcare delivery, with a focus on optimizing resources and enhancing patient outcomes

SKILLS

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine from an accredited program.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification and registration as Internal Medicine Consultant.
• Proven experience as an Internal Medicine Consultant or similar role, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Experience in practicing population health management and value-based care approaches.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and telemedicine platforms.
• Strong clinical judgment and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in internal medicine, population health management, and value-based care
