As the Director of Internal Operations, you will reinvent, optimize and lead our Human Resources related operations to match Sword’s needs and support the strategic objectives of the organization.

• Revamp Sword’s recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent while increasing efficiency
• Redesign and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance
• Upgrade the onboarding and off-boarding experience and process to ensure internal alignment, efficiency and smooth transitions
• Build and coordinate training programs that ensure compliance and professional development
• Craft and oversee leveling and compensation programs to ensure competitive and fair pay practices
• Manage innovative employee Benefits Programs to support workforce well-being
• Optimize HR Systems for streamlined operations and accurate data
• Upgrade accurate employee records and ensure data integrity
• Build data analytics and insights to define HR strategies and decision-making
• Manage and develop executive assistants (EAs) to support senior leadership
• Be a trusted advisor to the Leadership team
• Resolve conflicts efficiently and fairly, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
