Description:
We are looking for a highly proactive Internal Project Manager to lead and optimize internal projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, solution-oriented, and adaptable, with strong expertise in Jira, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. This role requires someone who takes initiative, anticipates challenges, and ensures seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of internal projects from planning to completion, ensuring smooth execution.
- Act as an Agile coach, implementing best practices to improve team performance.
- Use Jira for project tracking, sprint planning, backlog management, and reporting.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Operations, IT, and Marketing teams to align goals.
- Proactively identify roadblocks and drive solutions before they become issues.
- Continuously optimize workflows and improve internal processes for efficiency.
- Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and stakeholder updates.
