We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Internal Recruiter to join our HR team for a fixed period of 12 months (starting October / November 2024) and play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting the best talent for our various business units in the UK & Ireland.

The Role

  • Provide training, support, and guidance to hiring managers on our online recruitment platform.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and recommend effective attraction channels to reach a diverse candidate pool.
  • Screen applications and proactively ensure hiring managers adhere to recruitment timelines.
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews as necessary.
  • Research and recommend efficient selection methodologies.
  • Manage CVs from agencies and track candidate progress.
  • Build and maintain talent pools and strong external networks.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Input employee records into our HRIS (Workday).
  • Collaborate with line managers to communicate new starters’ announcements.
  • Assist in developing induction plans and conduct initial introductions and site tours.
  • Gather feedback from new employees during their first six months.
  • Monitor employees nearing probationary period dates and process accordingly.

You

  • Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS (Workday experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
