Responsibilities:

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR AN INTERESTING AND DIVERSE LEGAL ROLE WHEREBY YOU REVIEW LEGISLATIVE DECISIONS?

We are seeking an Internal Review Specialist based in either Sydney or Charlestown to execute dispute resolution strategies to drive effective customer and Allianz Australia outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Conduct independent internal reviews of claims decisions by preparing a Certificate of Determination with reasoning to support your findings
  • Telephone communication with the customer and interaction with lawyers and other stakeholders during the internal review process
  • Responding to and preparing legal submissions in response to applications lodged with the Personal Injury Commission
  • Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and compliance with legislative timeframes
