JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Overview: As an Internal sales administrator at Prestige Windows and Doors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and guests. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-focused environment or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Friendly and professional demeanour with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members and taking messages as needed.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is always clean and presentable.
- Assist clients with product inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
- Conduct showroom appointments.
- Become an expert in our products and services.
- Maintain estimate quotations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
