REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric (or equivalent qualification)
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service / internal sales
• Advanced Excel skills – this will be tested on interview level
• Must have experience working on any ERP system
• Basic knowledge of export processes will be an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Must be able to work as part of a team and independently
• Strong analytical ability
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Outstanding professional written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to handle difficult situations and challenges professionally

• Reporting to the Customer Service Manager
• Draft quotes and assist walk-in customers
• Process cash sales
• Capture customer orders and prepare invoices
• Ensure that orders are dispatched within the specified deadlines
• Process orders for international clients and prepare documents for exporting of goods
• Follow up and manage production orders and import orders
• Follow up with customers on progress
• Processing of payments received for quotes
