WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an Inside Sales / Customer Support Clerk to act as a customer focused and proactive first point of contact for Fernox customers and external sales team, in the administration and handling of orders and queries.
Responsibilities:
This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You will be expected to:
- Receive and follow-up customer, and area sales manager requests, to ensure orders are progressed and the customer is sent the correct goods in line with their requirements and expectations.
- Co-ordinate orders, queries and complaints to ensure that Fernox delivers the highest possible customer service.
- Deal with Customer complaints and issues, manage warehouse and internal discrepancies, raise credit notes and arrange material returns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Consistently meet performance criteria as per the teams KPI targets.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts from an internal basis, including quotations, order processes, pricing, and despatch organisation.
- Assist management with specific merchant requests, reporting sales figures and forecasting
- Perform efficiently the administration aspects of the role – post, invoicing, report running, etc. – to ensure the department deals with customer enquiries in an effective way.
