We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Internal Sales team.
Main Duties:
- Processing all incoming sales orders from stockists and feeders
- Being first point of contact for sales support enquiries received into the business by telephone and email. Providing an outstanding customer experience in all interactions
- Managing the return and credit of products in line with our returns policy
- Resolving invoice queries and disputes
- Maximising opportunities to upsell
- Effective relationship management with our external sales team
- Building relationships with all merchants and installers within a designated sales area
Knowledge and Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent literacy and maths
- Enthusiastic and motivated individual
- Able to work as part of a team as well as under your own initiative
- Computer literate – Excel and Word experience are essential, Sage is preferable
- Good problem solver
- Ability to grasp a good level of technical detail
- Excellent telephone etiquette and a natural flair for delivering an excellent customer experience
