REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the lighting or related industry, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with excellent organizational and time-
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work harmoniously within a team environment
  • Valid drivers license and own transport

Duties and Responsibilities::

  • Proactively reaching out to new and existing clients to understand their lighting needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Handling order entry, invoicing, and ensuring seamless order fulfilment while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range, including features, benefits, and applications to effectively advise customers
  • Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for product and service improvements
  • Generating sales reports and tracking key performance metrics to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Working closely with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and achieve collective goals
