An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales coordinator based in Alice Springs. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is focused on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You’ll be part of a collaborative sales and support team, ensuring customers receive exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
- Maintain and increase sales volume and profit of assigned customers.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers, with proactive follow up.
- Manage face-to-face and inbound telephone sales, along with order processing.
- Liaise effectively with manufacturing, sales, and dispatch teams.
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required.
- Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.
