Job Description

You’ll be joining a committed team at our largest New Zealand site, located in our Mangere office. The ideal candidate will be customer focused with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be self-motivated, along with the following attributes:

  • Deliver excellent customer service with both internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrate a strong mechanical understanding of HVAC equipment specifically VRF, DX and water cooled products.
  • Interpret tender documentation, schematic diagrams, and schedules to select relevant equipment that maximizes sales opportunities and ensures compliance.
  • Pursue pricing with proposals, tender submissions, and quotations.
  • Provide sales support by developing and maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Process, administer and review orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role

  • 2 to 4 years Customer Service Experience in HVAC or similar discipline.
  • Understanding engineering drawings and specifications such as interpreting mechanical, electrical, pipework, controls, duct layouts and VRF requirements.
  • Experience in commercial equipment application, operation and design.
  • Exposure to design specifications.
  • Formal HVAC or Engineering qualifications preferred but not essential.
  • Natural go getter and forward thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, effortlessly building strong relationships and fostering teamwork.
