Description:
Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 basic per annum plus 25% monthly bonus potential (OTE £40,000 – £41,250)
Hours: 39 hours per week Monday – Friday

Job Purpose: This office-based Sales Executive role focuses on maximising sales opportunities within a designated geographical area. Collaborating with a field-based Area Sales Manager (ASM) and supported by our sales support and customer service teams, you will implement strategies to enhance sales potential. The role aims to maintain strong relationships with our loyal customers and assist the ASM in onboarding new customers.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Proven inside sales experience within a fast-paced environment, working towards and overachieving on KPIs.
- Strong phone presence and experience of busy phone lines.
- Strong listening and presentation skills and resilience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Pipeline management from quote through to sale.
- Managing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails, and internet queries.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate ASM for further development and closure.
- Achieve monthly KPIs and weekly touchpoints including daily phone time and sales closed.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned area and update CRM system.
