Description:

You will be providing sales support, creation and pricing of customer quotations. You will also be supporting other sales activities and quote follow-up and amending as required. Excellent communication skills are paramount to ensure strong customer relationships. Industry knowledge as a QS, or a background in concrete/plumbing etc an advantage, training will be provided.
This role will be based in our Hamilton Branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
  • Completing accurate customer quotes in a timely manner
  • Providing internal sales support for the Account Managers
  • Supporting the sales team to provide customer quotes
  • Providing support for technical material as required
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
