Pay: $74,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

THE DUTIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Providing telephone based support to your existing and defined customer base. Predominantly this will be focusing on processing orders, preparing quotes and following up on all enquiries in a timely manner
  • Conducting inventory analysis for your assigned customer base including pricing and stock turn reviews
  • Where required, providing administrational support to the externals sales team in the lead up to key client meetings
  • Where required, providing support to optimize call cycles and increase the efficiency of the external sales team
  • Supporting your colleagues in the Internal Sales team during peak periods ensuring no customer enquiry goes unanswered.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Have the ability and be proud to provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work on your own or as a part of a team
  • Strong IT skills with prior experience in SAP and Excel preferred
  • Experience working within the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors would be advantageous as would a knowledge base of the fastener industry. This is not essential if you are willing to learn about these industries.
