Description:
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave (minimum of 9 months).
- Proven track record in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with an understanding for customer requirements.
- Strong organisational, accurate data inputting and IT skills are required.
- Experience in the ready-mix concrete industry would be an advantage.
- Work pattern - office based rota working between the hours of Monday to Friday (7:30-16:00), (8:00 to 16:30), (8:30 to 17:00) and 1 in 6 Saturdays (7:30-11:00).

ABOUT THE ROLE
Great opportunity to join the Brett Concrete Sales Office Team on a fixed term contract. We are seeking an additional team member to support the increased business needs and our ability to deliver the best service to our customers.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
- Manage the administration of quotations and orders through both telephone and electronic enquiries.
- Develop your own personal relationships with internal and external customers to ensure we are the customers supplier of choice.
- Work towards department targets and business objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service responding promptly to customer demands.
- Provide high level of data accuracy when responding to customer correspondence.
- Compliance to Safety, Health and Environmental standards of our business.
