ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Malcolm Thompson Pumps are seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our high performing team in sales and service support of pumps and system solutions, parts, components and customer relationship management.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Service customers to meet their current requirements and develop further opportunities.
• Assist customers with product selection by interpreting catalogues and product information.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
• Prepare and submit quotes to customers.
• Monitor and expedite back orders and overdue orders.
• Provide internal support for the Sales Team.
• Generate sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
