REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12, relevant qualification advantageous
• Min 5-10 years working experience in an outbound contact centre
• 2 years Cold calling experience required
• Previous sales track record will be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• MS Office Package experience
• Well organized / Disciplined
• Excellent presentation
• Excellent customer service

• Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
• Proactively contact potential customers via phone to introduce and promote the range of vape products
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and convert prospects into loyal customers
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources
• Responsible for making outbound calls to obtain new customer business
• Service existing customers
• Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively to close sales
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate and up-to-date information
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
• Support the External Sales team
• Supporting the Admin Manager
• Provide proactive customer support, inform them about new products or services
• Collect feedback for a database
