Description:
As a Key member of the Lexus of Calgary team and reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will work with a loyal and focused group of professionals who are dedicated to an established Dealership representing a world class leader with respect to automotive Manufacturing, Sales and Service Excellence. The Lexus of Calgary team is known for VIP service that flows through every department.
The Internal Service Advisor is the important link between the Sales and the Service Departments. Our Internal Service Advisor at Lexus of Calgary is responsible to prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for sale, adhere to budgets and meet strict deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Grade 12 completion required
- Class 5 Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract
- 2 years automotive experience as a Service Appointment Coordinator would be considered an asset
- Intermediate to expert competency of Microsoft Office (outlook/excel), DMS software (PBS) and instant messaging software (Kimoby)
- Must have experience dealing with different types of people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure industry
- English language literacy: verbal, reading, and writing skills
- Tech savvy, deadline driven, adaptable and accountable team player
- Mechanical knowledge is an asset
- A passion for guest service and Automobiles
- Legally entitled to work in Canada by any employer

Responsibilities:
- Open work orders and expertly coordinate required automotive services, detail cleans and sublet work to third party vendors
- Accomplish the completion of a work orders by gathering quotes, ordering parts and dispatching technicians and detailers
- Create a comprehensive work order with historical information, vehicle inspections, and warranty repairs within determined budget
- Liaise with Sales Managers, Product Advisors and Delivery Specialists to uphold guest satisfaction
- Close work orders, issue PO’s for sublet work and book out time for labour
- Communicate work order changes, parts delays, provide information updates, follow up with technician on status of the required work to be performed
- Maintain all maintenance service and tire swaps for demo’s and loaners
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for call backs
- Escalate below standard service performed and conflicting priorities to the Service Manager if require
