Our group has an immediate need for an Internal Service Coordinator/Delivery Specialist within our Downtown Ford and Lincoln location. We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service and communication skills. You are outgoing and enthusiastic, maintaining high energy throughout the workday.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills – automotive/technical understanding and/or dealership experience is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform and multitask in a fast paced environment
- CDK experience is an asset
- Must have clean & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, opening/closing repair orders
- Consulting service customers of service maintenance/repairs/recommendations
- Booking appointments – all inbound/outbound leads by phone/online leads/walk-ins
- Provide professional recommendations/repairs so customer can make an informed decision on repairs
- Document all necessary notes/readings/tech findings on file
- Contacting all SOR of part available and book appointments for repairs
- Pre-booking all customers for their next scheduled service due when invoicing or cashing out
- Building a relationship with your customer
- Communication with parts/tech on repairs needed or parts ordered (stock, B/O, on order etc)
- Meeting timeline and delivering as promised – ensuring all repairs are performed
- Meeting deadlines for New/Used deliveries with Sales department
- Arranging shuttle/valet services
- Reviewing booked appointments to make sure parts are available 48hrs prior to appointment (recall parts, ordered parts, back ordered parts, tire storage etc)
- Obtaining CSI score at and above National average
- Following up with customers and maintaining customer relations
