Job purpose
To be responsible for giving support to the Offshore Specialist offering excellent client service support and administration.
Key Outcomes
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the International Administrator:
- Assisting the Offshore Specialist in servicing brokers and in the process reaching monthly inflows targets
- Assisting Business Development with administration for Broker Assistants, Broker Consultants, Broker Office Personnel and Brokers
- Managing the Broker Database
- Performing and providing analysis for Brokers
- General day-to-day tasks associated with supporting the Offshore Specialist when dealing with clients and Intermediaries (Brokers/IFA)
- Telephone enquiries and written communication
- Assistance to Client/Intermediaries with regards any business queries
Distribution of Marketing Materials i.e. application forms and brochuresOffice Administration (co-ordinating of Managers’ diary, preparing documentation, as well as overall smooth flow of day-to-day tasks)
Qualifications and experience
- Grade 12
- 3 years’ experience in within the investment / collective investment service industry – with international exposure
- Relevant tertiary qualification/CFP/RFP 1/2/3 will be advantageous
- Exposure of the Investments/Sales Environment
- Knowledge of Unit Trusts, Linked Products and Offshore products and investments
- Communication skills (written & verbal)
