Description:
International Agroservice combines the areas of plant breeding, marketing and sales within KWS. As an International Agroservice Manager (m/f/d) for Hybrid Cereals, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international team and actively contribute to the positioning of new products. In close collaboration with global portfolio management and regional product management, you will play a key role in the success of our BU Cereals.
The workplace is our BU Cereals headquarters in Wohlde (Lower Saxony/Germany). This exciting and varied position is permanent and full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Development of cultivation guidelines for new KWS hybrid cereal products based on own trial results.
- Development and implementation of solutions and strategies for agronomic challenges related to cereal cultivation.
- Identification of new market trends and, based on this, development of content for digital services for our customers.
- Planning of field trials and generating trial data.
- Hosting of regular training sessions for internal stakeholders within the KWS core markets on new topics and trends in cereal cultivation.
- Recording, analyzing and communicating of external trial results in close collaboration with global portfolio management.
