INTERNATIONAL BRAND MANAGER FOR TOMS INTERNATIONAL MARKETING TEAM

Anthon Berg is a global leader in premium licensing chocolates, known for our unique chocolate bottles filled with iconic brands like Baileys and Rémy Martin. Present in 55 countries and 300 airports worldwide, we’re on an exciting journey to expand our footprint. As our International Brand Manager, primarily placed in Ballerup, you’ll play a crucial role in executing strategies that will propel Anthon Berg to new levels of success on the global stage.
QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a person who is a proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude who has a knack for overcoming challenges. A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects with a strategic understanding of the brand’s needs. Has a strong track record of project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in working with diverse stakeholders, including external agencies. Has a challenger mindset energized by early-stage business development, comfortable working in environments where things aren’t always perfect.
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of Brand Management experience in FMCG or branded goods.
- Collaborative Process: Proven experience working within collaborative processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- 360° Consumer Activation: Experience in executing comprehensive consumer brand activation strategies.
- International Experience: Experience in international brand building or working across different cultures.
- Language: English: Solid professional proficiency. German, French and Danish: A plus but not a must.
- Business trips: Willing to travel up to 10 days pr. year
- IT skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Understanding of graphic software. SAP knowledge is a plus but not essential.
Responsibilities:
TASK AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an International Brand Manager, you will be responsible for building and rolling out the international brand plan for Anthon Berg, ensuring local sales and marketing strategies are aligned in close collaboration with our Area Directors. A part of the role also involves bringing high energy and a challenger mindset to executing brand strategies that drive market growth with a consumer-first approach.
MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Build Brand from the ground up: Help shape, implement and maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity across international markets, ensuring long-term value growth and overcoming market-specific challenges.
- Drive Brand standout: Support the development and execution of consumer engagement platforms in key markets that will elevate Anthon Bergs market impact and make our premium chocolates stand out.
- NPD & Licensing: Collaborate with our Product Managers to craft strong consumer concepts to ensure strong launch f our product innovations that leverage the power of product, Anthon Bergs brand and our license partners equity.
- Market support: Build strong toolkits that can support our distributors to maximize the impact of our current and new products launched. Cultivate strong relationships with marketing teams in key markets, driving enthusiasm and ensuring the successful execution of strategies locally.
- Consumer Research Participation: Engage actively in consumer research to ensure our strategies are insight-driven and aligned with market needs.
- Portfolio Strategy Support: Work closely with the Marketing Manager International to ensure the portfolio strategy is executed effectively, aligning with our global objectives.
