As International Brand Manager for Bakery Products Business Line you are responsible for the overall image of the B2B and B2C brands. You support the local teams in translating the strategic positioning of the group brands into strong coherent brand experience to customers & consumers.
You will report to the International Brand Lead Bakery Products.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support in defining the strategic positioning of the group brands
- Translate positioning into strong brand plans, strategies & (communication) assets
- Further build the brand equity touchpoints to be rolled out by the local teams, develop communications and assets on key moments / based on local needs
- Act as the Central brand guardian
- Support and work closely with the local team in building brand expertise, hands on approach to guide implementation, share best practice, guide implementation, etc.
- Collaborate actively with the Category & Channel marketeer Central, build the brand strategy in line with the category and channel strategy
- Collaborate actively with the CMI & Digital teams Central to build the brand strategy in line with the category and channel strategy
- Ensure a strong link and consistency for all the different group brands
