We’re looking for an experienced communications and engagement lead who is capable and motivated to helping us meet our international growth ambitions.
Key to this will be to establish and grow an international partner network to execute against Informed’s partner first international strategy (delivering Informed platforms and solutions through partners).

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Marketing, business, or related field
  • Communications and engagement experience (ideally in a B2B setting)
  • A self-starter who is proactive and collaborative in working style
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent command of English including ability to draft a range of business communications materials tailored to the audience, intent and medium
  • Metrics-driven communications and engagement mind with eye for creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business development leads to shape company and product positioning and messaging, identify target audiences, and develop engagement and market development plans with specific objectives across target geographic territories and in line with Informed’s target industry segments.
  • Identify and connect with potential delivery partners for Informed’s data solutions.
  • Manage the execution of communications and engagement programmes across target territories.
  • Ensure regular cadence of international visits – developing Informed’s international ‘in-market’ programmes.
  • Analyse customer insights, trends, market analysis, and market engagement best practices to continually enhance successful strategies.
  • Create and maintain engagement analytics across multiple digital platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Manage digital and web communications activities, helping to design, test and evolve engagement nurturing tactics through all relevant channels with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Advise and guide development of communications tools and services for enhanced reach and engagement.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of engagement and communications initiatives.
