REQUIREMENTS

• You have a bachelor’s degree;
• You have 5+ years’ of experience in telling and creating stories, with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns targeted;
• You think big, are creative and know how to take your colleagues along for the journey;
• You love pioneering a content strategy that takes our brand to the next level;
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to build compelling content that conveys sophisticated concepts;
• You have an affinity for design and know that the abbreviations Id, Ai, and Ps are not from the periodic table; (Canva doesn’t count)
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language.

THE ROLE

iwell is scaling fast and is expanding to multiple European countries in the coming 3 years. Our goal is to become the leading player in dominant European Markets. We are market leader in The Netherlands, and are building a native team in Germany and also opening offices in Belgium and the UK. And there is more to come! As our International Content Manager, you are responsible for creating international brand awareness that is essential in realising our European ambitions.
We want to attract, engage, and retain an audience by (co-)creating and sharing relevant articles, videos, podcasts, or other media. All the stories we publish, in any form, originate from you. This doesn’t mean you have to be a copywriter, videographer, designer, and podcaster all in one (do people like that even exist?). But you have an eye for storytelling and know how to create a compelling brand through content. Either by doing it yourself, being a ghostwriter for our CEO, instructing the right agencies or eventually local marketing colleagues. At the end of the day, you have the responsibility to make it happen.
In this role, you are responsible for building a strong and continuous presence and guiding iwell in the direction needed to be the strong brand we want to be.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are first of all the true storyteller of iwell and drive thought leadership initiatives;
• You spearhead our digital strategy and implement content marketing approaches to engage our target audience effectively;
• You craft inspirational stories that showcase the value propositions of our portfolio;
• You develop compelling marketing content, collateral, and presentations, including white papers, web pages, articles, presentations, newsletters, emails, brochures, videos, and blog posts, to position our company as an industry leader and drive customer engagement;
• You own the development and deployment of campaigns and/or events to build brand recognition and drive awareness;
• You select and manage agencies to deliver campaigns with measurable results.
