Description:

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Data Center Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for data center and telecom services in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data center MEP solutions, a deep understanding of the regional market, and strong leadership and negotiation skills to deliver customized solutions and achieve business objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Track market trends and competitor activities, develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies, promote the implementation of data center and other telecommunications operator businesses overseas, and achieve sales targets and performance objectives in foreign markets.
  • Explore new overseas markets. Develop and maintain local customer resources, establishing strong collaborative relationships.
  • Identify customer needs, showcase service capabilities, provide customized integrated solutions, drive projects to become benchmark cases, and enhance the company’s market influence and customer satisfaction.Strengthen internal collaboration, improve delivery capabilities, and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least three years of work and living experience in Singapore; preference will be given to those who have long-term residency in Singapore.
  • Over five years of overseas sales experience in data center electromechanical equipment companies such as ABB, Vertiv, Eaton, or Delta (in Singapore and Southeast Asian countries). Familiarity with the operations of the Singapore and Southeast Asian markets is essential, and candidates with customer resources in foreign data centers, Colo service providers, and telecommunications operators will be prioritized.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to complete sales tasks independently.
  • Strong team collaboration spirit, able to work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
  • Strong market analysis, promotion, and development capabilities, with keen market insights and project operation experience.Fluent in English, familiar with industry-specific terminology in the power sector, capable of conducting business communications with international clients. Candidates who are proficient in local Southeast Asian languages will be given preference.
