Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a International Digital Account Director to join our amazing team in Amsterdam. You will work closely with the Board Directors and Business Directors – on strategy and developing a dynamic team. This role is diverse and provides the opportunity to work across a whole spectrum of Online Media channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Video & Display and Podcasts to name a few.
We are an integrated agency, and you will have great opportunities to collaborate across the different departments; Offline, ARMLabs and SEO to give our clients and unfair competitive advantage!
The role is fast paced and varied so it will suit candidates skilled in analytics and who are commercially savvy but also effective managers and business focused.
How you’ll make an impact
There will be huge levels of accountability within this role - you will be an entrepreneur at All Response Media and a business partner to clients.
You will be delivering excellent day-to-day client service to your client portfolio as well as strategic planning and problem solving.
You should be a strong relationship builder with agency experience – really owning key client relationships and leading your team with the support of the Senior Account Manager and the rest of the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role working with Digital media channels at least one of the following – Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display & Video.
  • Confident planning and buying across several media platforms – Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360, Meta advertising, The Trade Desk, TikTok, LinkedIn or other similar platforms.
  • Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts.
  • Experience working at strategic level and making recommendations.
  • Team management to develop skillsets of the junior team, and progress them in their careers.
  • Developing excellent client relationships.
  • Establishing and managing long term client strategies.
  • Taking an active role in new business generation.
  • A confident communicator; written and verbal. Lead client meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the strategic direction for clients: both existing & new channels.
  • Ensure data driven innovation of media mix / formats.
  • Key support for Snr AM to ensure effective communication of client requests.
  • Quality control for all client output and targets.
  • Support BD’s to achieve incremental income
  • Challenge and critique media plans before going to the client.
  • Awareness of any trading parameters to be planned within client plans.
  • Team management, build a high performing team.
  • Lead 121s with team members.
  • Responsible for identifying strengths and areas of development of team members.
  • Developing tailored training and development roadmap for team members..
  • Ensure from a team overview that workloads are managed effectively between team members.
  • Develop senior MO relationships.
  • Run any client meetings with media owners.
