- Assist Signode’s International Compliance Manager in implementing and maintaining a robust control environment in our international organization.
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end walkthroughs to identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities at local units or Financial Shared Service Centers.
- Improve SOX compliance documentation by refining or developing control process and procedures while considering local conditions and requirements.
- Assist in developing Signode’s control environment and support the preparation of relevant policies, templates, and narratives.
- Evaluate control related audit findings and coordinate remediation of deficiencies.
- Execute monitoring controls and internal control questionnaires.
- Degree in Finance related field or similar education
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance
- Good understanding of internal controls especially SOX, operational and system control procedures
- Good Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English, additional language skills are a plus
- Good interpersonal skills to develop support and engagement with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, flexible team player, strong project management skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 35%)
