Job Description

As HR Consultant you are part of our internal Human Resources department. You will be the main HR contact person for managers and employees of either our EMEA sales department or our locations within the APAC region for following topics:

  • Advise and support managers on all operational HR topics
  • Support employees in all personnel-related issues
  • Operational HR work in day-to-day business (e.g. contract and certification management)
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and evaluation of personnel key figures
  • Cooperate with fellow HR departments (recruiting, personnel development, payroll)
  • Improve and development HR processes
  • Support regional and global HR projects in a dynamic environment, as our business units are constantly growing and changing

QUALIFICATIONS


    • 5 years of professional experience in a relevant HR position

    • International experience, ideally cooperating with APAC and/or EMEA regions
    • Good knowledge of German labor and social security law as well as regional insights. Knowledge about the French market is considered a plus
    • Very good MS-Office skills and ideally experience in SAP HCM
    • Very good written and spoken English as well as good German, any other language is a plus
    • Service- and team oriented working style as well as an open and friendly manner
