Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Qualification and experience in second language acquisition;
Ability to work independently and to provide supervisory expertise;
Experience in administration and/or teaching in the International Languages Program in-person or online, preferred;
Knowledge of the guidelines and operations of the International Languages (Elementary) Program;
Registration with the Ontario College of Teachers, a Certificate of Qualification or an Interim Certificate of Qualification and qualifications in the Primary, Junior or Intermediate Division or equivalent would be an asset;
Advanced English communication skills plus proficiency in an international language would also be an asset;
Excellent technical skills in MS Office and/or Google Suite
Evidence of completion of First Aid Training or willingness to complete this training at own expense.

Holy Trinity High School, 180 Katimavik Road, Kanata
St. Patrick’s High School, 2525 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa
Casual IL Site Administrators - various locations (on call or for temporary replacements)
Compensation: $36.21 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
