Job title: International Logistics Manager
Reporting to: Senior Supply Chain Manager
Department: Supply Chain
Location: Hybrid with some travel

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics with a focus on shipping of pharmaceutical products
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Happy in fast paced environments
  • Friendly and approachable with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Thoughtful in helping us understand how we can continue to improve our processes and being proactive in leading those discussions

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the booking of all shipments across the CNX portfolio
  • Request shipping quotes from our Logistics Providers (LP) for each shipment
  • Manage all customs activities globally for all CNX products to ensure seamless shipping
  • Manage all import and export requirements, be fully conversant with all required documents for each market CNX ship to
  • Effectively manage the relationship with all our LP
  • Conduct quarterly, half yearly and annual business review meetings with all our LPs
  • Manage all wholesaler and pre-wholesaler relationships to ensure seamless transition from order placement to shipment
  • Identification of potential new LP
  • Work closely with Legal and QA to understand MSA and TQA and any contract requirements for CNX products
  • Ensure all Incoterms are understood across Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain for every product and shipment
  • Manage any shipping deviations, such as temperature excursions with our LP, wholesaler, pre-wholesaler
  • Work closely with Supply Chain planners to ensure all Supply Chain maps are regularly reviewed and updated
  • Ensure all invoices are placed into Netsuite, and the finance team are aware
  • Effective collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders in line with our values
  • Support the Senior Supply Chain Manager on projects
