We’re looking for a talented Manager of Sales Development to lead a team of 8-10 SDRs out of our EMEA HQ in Galway, Ireland. SmartBear is all about promoting sales reps from within – so this role is crucial in helping develop our next generation of Account Executives. Your SDRs will be tasked with generating a strong top-of-funnel pipeline by setting qualified meetings for the sales team. We’re looking for someone with strong coaching skills who is passionate about helping launch the careers of their SDRs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years in tech sales
- 1-2 years of Management or Team Lead experience
- Strong knowledge of tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Coachable and hungry to learn

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of your team of SDRs to meet & exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and business objectives.
- Train and coach SDRs on sales fundamentals, phone techniques, email/LinkedIn best practices, and career development.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement and Marketing to strategize around inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Involved in all phases of interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process.
