Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, with a strong preference for a background in insurance or financial services, OR
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, with at least 2 years in the insurance sector, focusing on international markets.
- Proficient in understanding the dynamics and regulatory environments of international insurance markets.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage and foster relationships with international partners.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic business plans to enter and grow in targeted international insurance markets.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in global markets by leveraging existing partnerships and cultivating new alliances with insurance providers and brokers.
- Design and oversee the implementation of market-specific business development strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate goals.
- Analyze market trends in the international insurance sector to forecast potential growth areas and develop appropriate strategies.
- Collaborate with product development teams to tailor insurance products that meet the regulatory and cultural demands of different markets.
- Manage cross-functional teams to execute international marketing campaigns, ensuring they resonate with targeted market demographics.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with international partners, focusing on creating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure adherence to international insurance regulations and standards, maintaining the company’s reputation and operational legality.
- Regularly report on international market development and sales performance to senior management, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
