Responsibilities:
- Development of global medical strategy and steering local implementation for key indications towards Health Care Professionals (HCPs) with the aim of increasing recommendations by the target group of doctors
- Development of professional omni-channel communication strategy and support detailing with relevant value-adding content for online and offline channels
- Development of strong study and LCM plans
- Support of medical colleagues in the countries
- Key role in developing communication at international congresses incl booth and symposia
- Cross-functional cooperation in different teams (e.g. with Marketing, R&D, Medical Managers in countries)
- Budget planning and control on the basis of the strategic annual plan
- Continuous observation and analysis of the competition
- KOL Management: Recruit international KOLs, build relationship and develop an international KOL management strategy
- DOL/Medfluencer Management: Strong collaboration with Medical DOL Manager when it comes to DOL Management
