Responsibilities:

  • Development of global medical strategy and steering local implementation for key indications towards Health Care Professionals (HCPs) with the aim of increasing recommendations by the target group of doctors
  • Development of professional omni-channel communication strategy and support detailing with relevant value-adding content for online and offline channels
  • Development of strong study and LCM plans
  • Support of medical colleagues in the countries
  • Key role in developing communication at international congresses incl booth and symposia
  • Cross-functional cooperation in different teams (e.g. with Marketing, R&D, Medical Managers in countries)
  • Budget planning and control on the basis of the strategic annual plan
  • Continuous observation and analysis of the competition
  • KOL Management: Recruit international KOLs, build relationship and develop an international KOL management strategy
  • DOL/Medfluencer Management: Strong collaboration with Medical DOL Manager when it comes to DOL Management
