Position Overview
We are recruiting an International Merchandising Operations Associate (IMO) to join our MSW App/Luxury team. As an Associate you will be responsible to support the business analytics and the buying process for the Brand/Category assigned. Work with buying team on projections planning and execute the Buys accordingly whilst controlling demand supply.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Data management

  • Coordinate and monitor products set up from merchandising, ensure products changes and attributes are reflected in a timely manner
  • Update, track, control and report on costs deviations, provide analysis

Demand & Supply

  • Monitor calendars, budgets and prepare monthly projections plan
  • Execute buys accordingly for each season in alignment with seasonal buying strategy for EMEA cross-channel and APAC wholesale
  • MOQ’s decisions with Global Merchandising , sourcing and regional buyers
  • Conduct products availability analysis and take corrective actions to mitigate shortages and maximize customers service level

Deliveries tracking and inbound

  • Analyse, reconcile buys, manage the stock delivery reports, follow delivery slides
  • Take decision on PO split for region APAC wholesale customers

KPIs tracking

  • Take initiatives to improve current processes and systems to gain efficiency and obtain best results
  • Execute daily market supply-demand tracking and implement agreed actions
  • Work towards reaching inventory & margins target levels while maximizing sales opportunities
  • Provide expert analysis to ensure optimized supply plan to reach order fulfilment targets
  • Work towards improving customers’ delivery demands
  • Manage the inbound and outbound product flows cross functionally from the buying stage through to the end customer delivery
  • Prepare presentational material
  • Back up and support other IMO team members in other brands/categories

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • 1 - 2 Years experience in procurement, supply chain & inventory management or equivalent experience (not mandatory but a plus)
  • High degree of computer literacy, advanced MS Excel (V-lookups, formulas, pivot tables ), Power Point (presentation), Power Bi & SAP are a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in reading, speaking and writing in English. Other languages a plus
  • Ability to lead discussions
  • Able to deal with uncertainty and cope with change in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Efficient time management, organizational ability and capacity to meet deadlines
  • Respond quickly to adjust schedule and plans in response to unplanned events
