ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSABILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination with various countries across Europe, regarding short-term mobility.
• Address legal and administrative matters related to technicians short-term mobity, assuring compliance along the process
• Coordinate all travel arrangements
• Handle and control mobility costs and liaise with finance department & payroll in home countries
• Manage communication with employees - before, during and after mobility
• Support internal communication about the mobility programme
• Support on recruitment processes of technicians in country, from A to Z
