Responsibilities:
Lead a shared service delivery team including resource planning and implementation for supporting the annual HR cycle and agenda.
Handle on the ground delivery, respond to service demands as they arise and conduct quality assurance activities.
Manage team performance to ensure service is delivered as per performance targets.
Ensure team compliance with policies and procedures raising risks / issues.
Coach team members to address process gaps, identify inefficiencies and areas of growth as part of their development and help to embed a continuous improvement culture in the organisation.
Supervise end-to-end international mobility operational service delivery for designated businesses.
Proactively provide direction and advice in the application of global and local HR IM relocation policies and procedures. Ensure the delivery of consistent application of HR policy across the business.
Provide support for the team, so they can deliver high-impact HR International Mobility Services activities for assigned transferees and/or business-facing HR in line with the approved relocation plan, including monitoring vendor performance and ensuring feedback is inputted to the vendor management process.
Support HR (People & Culture) and the business in respect of managing projects - maintaining focus on cost effectiveness, apply boundaries of international mobility policy suite whilst maintaining a focus on business need.
Develop relationships with host model advisors, to ensure services delivered effectively.
Responsible for data management and data quality in MyMobility system including payroll delivery.
Work with team members to execute the agreed regional and global processes, policies and operations by providing accurate and timely analysis and ad-hoc support in order to ensure service level agreements and deadlines are met.
