The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, showcasing not only a commitment to data accuracy and analytics but also strong communication skills and effective vendor management. A key aspect of the role involves fostering continuous improvement and process simplification. Reporting directly to the International Payroll Manager, the incumbent will work closely with People Ops (HR), and external payroll vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and streamlined operations.
