About This Role
The International Payroll Supervisor will report to International Payroll Manager and will support all duties associated with the accurate and timely processing of Proofpoint’s international payrolls as well as assist in all payrolls related financial close tasks. This role will work closely with Human Resources on international payroll-related matters and will interact closely with the international accounting team to complete all close related tasks. This individual will be driven, highly motived, pro-active, detail oriented and self-directed. This position offers the ability to learn, lead, guide, develop and grow their career working for a dynamic $1B+ public company.
Job Requirements

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Experience processing payroll both domestically and in a global environment
  • Day to day management of the payroll team and processes providing leadership and oversight.
  • Responsible to collaborate with all relevant pillars and groups on reengineering, migration, automation of payroll activities.
  • Work closely with the international payroll vendors to manage relationships whilst ensuring payroll processing occurs for Proofpoint employees in EMEA LATAM & APAC regions.
  • Manage and triage escalations from other teams within Proofpoint and ensure completion of the tasks.
  • Coordinate research projects and preparation of management reports as needed.
  • Ensure operational and SOX controls are properly performed within the payroll process.
  • Ensure all key payroll controls are performed accurately and fully documented.
