EXPECTED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3/+4) in HR management
  • At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in people ops management, preferably in a scale-up company with international exposure
  • Experience in creating, developing and implementing optimized processes
  • Mastery of French payroll rules and knowledge of European regulations
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Ability to work autonomously and complete assignments within given parameters
  • Comfortable with numbers
  • Strong interest in parameterizing HR Tools
  • Good knowledge of legal obligations related to personnel management in France and Europe
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Suite (Drive), and standard office software
