REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS

  • Previous experience in private banking from Luxembourg
  • Good understanding of the banking space, cross line of businesses and countries
  • Strong awareness of private bank operational framework including digital tools adoption
  • Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking and credit solutions and identification of wealth planning opportunities
  • Achievement oriented, focused on exceeding business goals with sufficient attention to detail and impeccable sense of ethics and values
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, show empathy, strong motivation and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their business
  • Fluent in English and German - both written and oral - with ability to generate trust with clients through a credible discussion on investment matters
  • Ability to thrive in an internal culture that values innovation, customer service, internal partnership and entrepreneurship
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business including regulatory and technological environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS

  • Fluency / knowledge of French and/or Italian
  • Previous exposure to clients in Switzerland

Responsibilities:

  • Working as a Client Advisor in a team of 3 with a key focus on client onboarding, maintenance and investment through a broad knowledge of banking, investments and financial planning.
  • Responsible for client experience and engaging our resources to deliver a complete wealth management solution
  • Retain and manage existing book of relationships; advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
  • Reinforce and position the Luxembourg platform by partnering with our Client Advisors (onshore and offshore) in order to maximize the team strength and achieve common goal
  • Ensure that proposed solutions fulfil clients’ needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals based planning approach
  • Participate in developing the team’s business plan and ensure goals and objectives are being measured and achieved on an individual and team level
  • Partner with internal specialists providing interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed
  • Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measure
