ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two years of experience working with diverse communities implementing meaningful and culturally aware programming, para-professional experience may be considered.
- Strong experiential background in student transition; particularly, experience working with diverse communities and understanding international student transition issues.
- Ability tointeract effectively with a wide variety of people at different levels of the University (students, staff and faculty) and with external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience implementing plans and process improvements for project activities.
- Excellent administrative skills, including word processing, data analysis, desktop publishing and experience with databases and systems (ROSI, CLNx, eRez, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a busy office environment with interruptions.
- Proven abilities in financial management & budgeting.
