JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Investment Advisor (Sales Advisor) to join our International Department in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for targeting and attracting international investors to purchase units in our off-plan and secondary market properties in Abu Dhabi. Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities, build strong relationships with international clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and target high net worth individuals and institutional investors from abroad to purchase units in our off-plan and secondary market properties in Abu Dhabi
* Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts with potential investors, property developers, and other industry professionals
* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market in Abu Dhabi
* Build and maintain a deep understanding of our company’s properties, including their features, benefits, and investment potential
* Prepare customized presentations, proposals, and sales materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties to international investors
* Meet with potential clients to discuss their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial capabilities
* Negotiate sales agreements with clients, ensuring that all terms are favorable to both parties
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and property transactions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Russian, Urdu.
