    We are looking for a competent and engaged Sales Director End-User that will be responsible for developing the end-user business in the division. This role requires a strategic and results-oriented leader with a strong background in sales, marketing and a specific emphasis on delivering customer projects within the division. The Sales Director will be a key member of the PBS leadership team and will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant education preferably master or graduate level or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management.
  • Strong Leadership Skills with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving high performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data / trends and develop strategic solutions that drive efficiency & performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of running sales organizations.
  • Ability to anticipate potential issues, develop contingency plans, and effectively resolve problems to minimize disruptions.
  • Strong ethical standards in research and team management. Commitment to transparency and accountability.Ability to handle setbacks and maintain focus on goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial end-user strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets.
  • Oversee the end-user sales team, setting sales targets, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Develop and nurture key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Strengthen the go-to-market model for the local end-user teams in the division.
  • Implement new business model securing more solution selling and recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate with local sales, marketing, product management, Light Management Systems and other areas to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
