Our Group Marketing team is looking for an International Senior Brand Manager. You will work together with the Brand team on driving incremental growth for the brand by developing new products and bringing them to the market. You will report to the International Marketing Manager and you work closely with the Group Functional teams and local operating companies to translate Group initiatives to local commercial success.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the category plan, brand strategy and brand innovation plans.
  • Be responsible for international new product development beginning with product brief through to launch and working closely with Group R&D, Group Packaging, Group Finance, Design agency. Focus is on profitable and scalable NPD’s that are in line with brand and category strategy.
  • Partner with CMI at Group and Local level to recommend consumer research that translates insights to actionable plans for NPD’s and/or consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to translate global developments, brand positioning and category expertise to local commercial execution.
  • Create strong working relationships with cross commercial functional Group level partners to facilitate development and execution of Global brand and category strategic vision.
  • Support Communication development for assigned projects working with internal teams including Digital Marketing, Brand owners and with external agencies.
  • Provide compelling sales stories in cooperation with Group Sales Trade Marketing with the aim to drive scale.
  • Gather, analyze and share relevant business, market, brand and product information which could lead to new business opportunities.
  • You will work closely with assigned markets to execute and implement the overall Refreshment strategy.
