Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the International Supply Chain Strategist (all genders), you will drive the growth and optimisation of our logistics network, enhancing overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will be critical in developing a robust infrastructure that supports our expanding marketplace operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Network Expansion: You develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growing our network of service points worldwide to support our marketplace operations.
  • Partnership Development: You identify and establish relationships with service providers, ensuring they meet our quality standards and contribute to our customer satisfaction goals.
  • Logistics Optimization: You innovate and refine logistics processes to improve cost efficiency, reduce shipping lead times, enhance customer experience, and scale operations effectively.
  • Geographical Distribution: You work with internal teams to analyze and optimize the placement of physical touchpoints in our supply chain, balancing coverage and cost-effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: You implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of our logistics processes, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
